Being responsible for your tasks and dynamic is the best combination for the team. **Job requirements** - Bachelor of Science or **Human Resources **degree, or similar. - Good understanding of **technology **and technical skills. - **English** C1 level. - High level of **German **is a plus. - Minimum of **1 year** of experience in the position or similar. - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for **IT roles**. - Sourcing and **headhunting.** - Marketing skills
