Je komt te werken op de afdeling P&O, welke bestaat uit een professioneel en bevlogen team van 11 gezellige collega’s. Ons team bestaat uit een manager, vijf adviseurs, een senior recruiter, een vrijwilligerscoördinator en drie administratief medewerkers. Als recruiter ga je intensief samenwerken met onze senior recruiter Jaime. Daarnaast zul je veel contact hebben met onze teams, samenwerkingspartners en natuurlijk met de sollicitanten. Naast de uitdagende functie, is er veel ruimte om je kennis over het recruitment vak uit te breiden en om samen met Jaime het onderdeel recruitment binnen de organisatie te professionaliseren.

Wat ga je doen?*
- Je plant en organiseert de werving en selectieprocedures, je bewaakt de voortgang en het overzicht en verzorgt de bijbehorende administratie.
- Je spreekt veel sollicitanten voor zowel intakes als het maken van afspraken.
- Je hebt veel (pro-actief) contact met de teams om ervoor te zorgen dat een sollicitant zich welkom voelt en het hele werving en selectieproces soepel verloopt.
- Je stelt vacatureteksten op en denkt mee over het posten van deze vacatures op onze Social Media kanalen.
- Je ondersteunt tijdens belangrijke wervingsactiviteiten zoals open dagen, campus recruitment, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en de inzet van social media.
- Je draagt bij aan het ‘onboarden’ van nieuwe collega’s bij bijvoorbeeld door het organiseren van de introductiebijeenkomsten.

Wanneer je goed bent ingewerkt en de basis van het mooie recruitment vak kent, kunnen we uitbreiden naar meer medior taken.
**Wat bieden wij?**

- Een maximum salaris van € 3902;
- (FWG 50) afhankelijk van je werkervaring, opleiding en leeftijd. We hanteren de GGZ CAO, bedragen zijn obv een 36-urige werkweek.
- Een contract voor in eerste instantie een jaar, met daarna een mogelijkheid tot een vast contract.
- Een smartphone en chromebook om je werk goed uit te kunnen voeren.
- Een reiskostenvergoeding en een eindejaarsuitkering.

**Wat heb jij te bieden**
- Een hbo diploma.
- Bij voorkeur werkervaring binnen de werving en selectie bijvoorbeeld bij een uitzendbureau en/of een administratieve functie.
- Plannen, regelen en organiseren zit in jouw bloed en jij vormt het visitekaartje.
- Je kunt goed overzicht bewaren en jij komt het beste tot je recht in een werkomgeving met veel dynamiek.
- Je bent enthousiast, veerkrachtig, creatief en daadkrachtig.
- Jij weet met weerstand om te gaan en houdt het doel voor ogen.
