**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Customer Journey Product Owner **you will **join a senior team developing the Cards Customer Experience to the next level, having a “plain vanilla” debit, prepaid and credit card, that provides the best possible customer journey, through a great payments and instalments experience, personalized benefits and insights of interest for the customer.**

With 1.3Bn interactions with our customers every year, the Cards Product Owner for Customer Journey has an essential role in order to build our relationship with the customers. Among the main tasks of this position is:

- Staying up to date with new cards solutions and trends in the market, both for the banking sector and for other digital sectors
- Manage and coordinate stakeholders from different areas (CRM, Risks, Digital Channel, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, IT, and Ops)
- Responsible of the definition and developement of new processes and services as well as the improvement of the existing ones in order to achieve the best posible experience.
- Definition of MVP (minimum viable product) trough Design Thinking exercises, as well as the phases that follow, always keeping the focus on the client.
- Definition of user stories and their prioritization
- Maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog in coordination with the Tribe Lead and other Product Owners
- Tracking of projects in the different Agile phases (Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Demo, Backlog Refinement, etc.)
- Creation and monitoring of budget solution sheets (QBR) trough budget optimization
- Responsible for presenting and defending projects for approval in compliance, budgeting and legal committees.
- KPIs tracking with reflection in the improvement of the customer satisfaction and use of the card.

EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of Cards and experience in digital products implementation.
- Experience working on Agile Methodologies

EDUCATION
- Business Degree, IT Engineer, Mathemtics or similar with experience in Business.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High level on Excel and Power Point
- High Level on english

Cards' team is a tribe working in agile methodology, where we share common goals and our members propose and lead every initiative end to end, taking responsability on the results of the initiative. We are a very customer and goal-oriented team, where self-motivation, initiative, ideas, and working in teams are required. We are already fully immersed in the new RBO (Regional Business Owner) implementation model, where the interaction and projects with UK, Portugal, and Poland will be constant, looking for the construction and consolidation of One Europe.
