We are currently involved into projects aimed to provide software solutions for international and institutional customers, ensuring the correct execution of the assigned projects and the quality of the products delivered.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

In our team you will **manage**:

- Facilitating meetings for the scrum team
- Holding retrospectives
- Coaching team members, mediating through conflicts, helping the team to make decisions, fostering the developer team’s self-organisation, mediating the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner (more features)
- Facilitating agile team learning process
- Helping to write or split user stories, to write or adapt product visions, to order product backlog items, the release planning
- Facilitating open communication between the scrum team and other stakeholders
- Supporting the team in getting rid of impediments
- Supporting product owner in optimization of product backlog
- Leading for adoption of scrum for stakeholders
- Implementing changes to increase team’s productivity
- Supporting the team in effective use of scrum logs, metrics, charts etc.
- Preparing and presenting oral and written technical reports and project presentations

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We are looking for **experts in Scrum methodologies **with **background and interest in software development**
- At least BSc in Computer Science or Engineering
- +5 years hand on experience in software development
- +2 years hand on experience in Agile methodologies acting as Scrum Master
- Fluent in English
