We are looking for somebody that is highly organised, thinks in solutions rather than problems and who is very stress resistant.

You have a driving licence, speak English, and are a natural communicator that know how to solve issues.

**Duties and Responsibilities.**
- Execute general check-out inspections and create damages files when needed.
- Execute tasks related to maintenance & projects.
- Arrange, copy and test guest’s keys.
- Respond to guest and owner complaints and/or emergencies.
- Prepare and purchase goods for tasks execution.
- Anticipate in the preparation process of a new rental property.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Ability to communicate in a professional way to guests and clients.
- Ability to communicate and manage internal and external cooperation parties.
- Ability to handle difficult situation and difficult customers in a professional way.
- Knowledge in how to execute basic maintenance works.
- Ability to relate and work effectively with colleagues.
- Basic English as second language.
- Flexible availability.
