**What You’ll Do**
- **Leadership**: Lead and mentor a small team while collaborating across our group “Smart4 Engineering” on joint marketing efforts across europe.
- **Strategy**: Develop and execute 360° marketing plans with clear objectives and measurable results.
- **Content & Branding**: Create compelling content strategy and visuals, maintain brand consistency, and produce impactful videos and presentations.
- **Events**: Plan and execute end-to-end events, from engaging webinars to captivating in-person experiences.
- **Digital Marketing with Data Analytics**:Utilize Digital and AI tools to design targeted marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, and keep our audience engaged with impactful content.
- **Community Building**: Grow a thriving tech community aligned with our brand values.
- **Cross-Company Collaboration**: Act as a liaison between Capitole and other tech companies within the **Smart4 Engineering Group around Europe**, spearheading shared marketing initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- **Experience**:5+ years driving **_marketing success and leading high-performing teams_**, ideally in tech startups or branding-focused environments.

**Skills**:

- Strategic marketing planning and budget management.
- Expertise in content creation, graphic design (Adobe Suite), and video editing.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a MUST (French is a plus).
- Familiarity with marketing and AI tools like chat GPT, Copilot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva and WordPress.
- Data-driven mindset with organizational excellence.
- **Mindset**: Proactive, creative, and results-driven, with a knack for multitasking and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- **Certifications**: Relevant marketing certifications are a plus

**How will your recruitment path be like with us?**
- **First step**:you will have a videocall with HR department (45min aprox)
- **Second step**:you will submit a technical test.
- **Third step**:you will have a videocall with our MKT & Comms Lead where you will need to defend your test (1h)
- **Fourth step**:you will have an on-site interview at our offices with our MKT & Comm Lead and our Operations Director (1h)
- **If everything goes well, we’ll invite you to share a coffee time with your future team and feel the vibe**
