Working with our Corporate Solutions team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

**About You**:

- You are a part-qualified or recently qualified accountant with 5+ years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably for a service provider;
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS;
- Experience with Yardi system is beneficial;
- You pride yourself in having excellent interpersonal, client relationship, influencing and communication skills;
- You are able to work under pressure to meet strict reporting deadlines;
- You can set priorities and work both on your own initiative and as part of a team;
- Fluency in Spanish and Advanced knowledge of English required
- You are willing to embrace ad hoc responsibilities outside of the accounting role in order to meet our client’s requirements.

**Your Role**:

- Responsible for general accounting booking and review according to local and international requirements. Prepare financial statements under IFRS or Spanish GAAP independently on behalf of client companies;
- Prepare annual, quarterly or monthly management accounts and reporting packages in a multi-currency environment in accordance with reporting deadlines;
- Preparation and submission of Foreign Investments forms and Bank of Spain reports;
- External audit management, ensuring deadlines are met;
- Liaison with tax advisors to ensure corporation tax requirements are satisfied and assist with the preparation of returns;
- Preparation, filling and submission of VAT, including invoice declaration into SII system and 347 form, and WHT forms;
- Presentation of accounting official books and annual accounts before Companies Registry;
- Liaise with the Client Administration team in other aspects of client work such as corporate, legal and tax;
- Assist with projects and adhoc requirements as requested by senior management;
- On-boarding of new clients and assisting with the liquidation of client companies;
- Manage a diverse portfolio of companies, including cash reports, invoicing and collections with support from the client services team;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and seek out new opportunities to develop additional revenue;
