The EU Global Vendor Onboarding team is looking for a Senior Vendor Manager (SVM) to build the future of Amazon’s EU Stores business by adding new and unique selection with the potential to grow to a customer-desired brand.

Key job responsibilities
- Understand the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
- Identify new selection expansion opportunities and build new business management mechanisms.
- Have an understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and improving the shopping experience.
- Lead the Joint Business Plan Strategy and execution with internal and external senior leadership.
- Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience for subcategories.
- Manage key vendor relationships - manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to-day relationships, and negotiate and secure funding.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external teams, while meeting tight deadlines.
- Manages P&L and develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvements for the business.
- Establish a partnership with business leaders across Amazon business and product units.
- Seek out ways to automate & simplify manual processes.
- Drives broad adoption and provide an unparalleled customer experience.

Sr. Vendor Manager: Identify new brand and product business opportunities, manage relationships with key vendors, negotiate competitive business terms, and secure participation in promotions and marketing programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Negotiations and business planning experience and P&L management
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience with Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SQL or programming experience
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
