**What You Will Do**
- Support the execution of channel partner programs, including onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking
- Act as a point of contact for partners, addressing queries, and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain and update partner-related data in CRM and partner portal
- Monitor and manage partner compliance with program requirements and policies
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance, engagement, and other key metrics
- Foster positive relationships within the team and with external partners
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for channel operations
- Prepare necessary paperwork, order materials, and keep updated records
- Support growth and development of programs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
**The Experience You Bring**
- 2+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations or Partner Programs experience
- Highly organized with the ability to own multiple projects and with a bias toward automation and scale
- Experience with partner operations systems, processes and data best practices
- Creative problem solver, who can leverage prior experience and logic to get to the best, fastest outcome possible
- Team player, with a collaborative attitude with a focus on achieving team goals
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Bachelor's degree
