Ensinger is a world leader in technical and high performance thermoplastic for processing. Ensinger Spain S.A., located in Barcelona, is the Spanish subsidiary of Ensinger GmbH. This job is combined with a master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at the Steinbeis University.

Tasks
- Sales activity, development and implementation of a sales strategy
- Increase sales and profit by acquiring new customers and building an active customer base
- Establish a continuous communication with suppliers and development of new suppliers
- Observation and analysis of changes in the market and competitive conditions
- Analysis of customer needs, customer consulting and target-oriented implementation of solution options with the respective department
- Conducting sales negotiations and defining the sales modalities
- Preparation of offers as well as the technical presentation at the customer's site
- Representation of the company in the country (e.g. at trade shows)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree preferably in mechanical engineering or similar
- First Experience in sales
- First knowledge in polymer technology or plastic industry is a plus
- Performance oriented, independent, flexible and proactive
- High customer orientation and communication skills
- Distinct willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility and to constantly develop yourself further
- Distinctive and structured way of working
- Good user knowledge of MS Office products
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in Spanish and English
