We are hiring for our client, a leading B2B online betting platform that specializes in providing an unparalleled user experience. Their platform offers a dynamic lobby with micro-betting options. As they continue to innovate in the industry, we are supporting to expand of their engineering team.
**About the Role**
As a Commercial Executive specializing in the sports betting industry, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Your expertise in sales and negotiation will be instrumental in maximizing commercial opportunities and driving business success in a competitive market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the sports betting industry, including sports leagues, teams, media partners, and affiliates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, negotiating commercial agreements and contracts to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and legal to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, leveraging insights to inform commercial decision-making and strategy.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and leads, tracking progress and outcomes to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our organization.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market developments, incorporating new insights and opportunities into commercial strategies and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably within the sports betting or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Creative thinker with a passion for sports and a keen eye for identifying commercial opportunities and partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
