We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Italian speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct product and solution presentation and manage commercial offers through negotiation and follow-up calls
- Generate new business opportunities through hunting, prospecting and cold calling
- Identify, profile and qualify prospects and decision makers in targeted companies and detecting long
- mid
- short-term opportunities
- Create, develop and manage accurate sales pipeline
- Present products and services in a clear and polite manner
- Handle objections and pass through them to generate sales opportunity
- Track, manage and report sales pipeline development
- Achieve quota target and KPIs monthly
- Communicate customers’ feedback to appropriate parties to follow up on potential business

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native/fluent in Italian both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in B2B sales environment
- Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation and communication skills
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Sales-oriented and target driven mindset.
