**Description du poste**:
We are looking for an experienced (+15 years minimum) Chief Accountant for the Elca Group, based in Granada. The individual will oversee all accounting processes and systems worldwide and lead the organization mainly based in Spain. The person should have worked at a multinational in a similar position, with significant exposure to international aspects of accounting, including consolidation of multiple legal entities. Solid managerial skills are also required to lead the group of accountants and enable the growth of the organization thru hiring of new positions.
- Overall responsibility for maintaining accurate, timely and top-notch financial statements for the Elca Group and the various Statutory entities
- Lead the year-end process with the Group Auditors to produce audited reports, in cooperation with the headoffice
- Leadership to manage and improve the monthly closing process, working closely with the team in Lausanne
- Assist the CFO to establish the organizational growth path for a top-class accounting organization worldwide
- Responsibility for the Corporate accounting system and improvements & evolution
- Work closely with the Financial Analysts Team to reconcile analytical reports
- Integrate acquisition entities into the Group's reporting and systems
- Support the roll-out of global accounting guidelines and policies
- Assist M&A activities thru the Due Diligence work on the accounting front
- Manage the team of accountants both in Granada and functionally worldwide
- Oversee the tax reporting of the various Legal Entities
- Performance reviews of the accounting Team

**Description du profil**:

- +15 years minimum
- Experience with IFRS
- Degree in Economics
- Chartered Accountant level
- English: B2+ / C1 is a must
