We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Professional ServicesTeam. This role will oversee the execution of professional services for the installation of ERP software solutions.
- Managing client relationships
- Interpreting and creating statements of work
- Creating change requests
- Managing budgets and resources

To be successful in this role, you have to be able to manage multiple projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and traffic deliverables. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction in project outcomes. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
**Required skills and qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a project manager
- Extensive SAP knowledge and project management experience
- Experience working with international teams
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- Fluent German and English
- Ability to navigate somewhat ambiguous situations, identify and solve for blockers, and know when to escalate to keep the project moving forward
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities
