**Descripción**:
Dada la próxima apertura del Gran Hotel Taoro en Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) desde Abama Resort estamos seleccionando un/a sales manager leisure.

Abama Resort Tenerife es un exclusivo resort de lujo en Tenerife de 160 hectáreas con una oferta gastronómica de primer nível y servicio 5 estrellas.

**Se requiere**:

- Experiência mínima de 4 años como Sales Manager en Hoteles de vacacionales de 4/5.
- Estudios en hostelería, sales, marketing o comercial.
- Inglés nível y alemán avanzado (C1), se valorarán otros idiomas.
- Demostrar alta capacidad de organización.
- Estar dispuesto a viajar para atender sales calls, ferias, roadshows, etc., tanto en el país como fuera de éste.
- Pensamiento creativo y analítico.
- Capacidad de crear y mantener una gran red de clientes.
- Conocimientos avanzados en software de gestión y análisis financiero.
- Comunicar de manera clara y efectiva.
- Poseer fuertes habilidades de liderazgo.
- Valoramos la actitud, la proactividad, la colaboración y el trabajo en equipo.

**Funciones principales**:

- Contactar y conectar con clientes potenciales.
- Administrar grandes cuentas.
- Trabajar para mantener una base de clientes leales.
- Supervisar las estrategias de marketing y ventas de hotel en relación con los mercados y segmentos que maneje (offline y online).
- Contratación con las principales cuentas de TTOO, cierre de acciones de marketing que potencien el negocio y posicionamiento, y supervisión del contenido/descripción del hotel en sus portales.
- Gestión de consorcias de AAVV para potenciar la venta directa.
