In our Aeronautic, Space and Defense Division we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, plan and monitor project to the delivery of the simulators, coordinating different stakeholders and departments involved.
- Manage several suppliers’ contracts, maintaining communications and contacts with all of them in order to ensure the satisfactory performance of the supply contract.
- Manage risks (Identify, evaluate, control, implement, monitor and report project risks)
- Manage requirements
- Periodically report to client management and end customer, on the progress performance, risks, baselines deviations, issues, etc.
- Give support to client and other stakeholders in several negotiations including contractual changes.
- Monitor and review documentation (development and product documentation) to ensure the delivery of the simulator on quality, time and cost.
- Chair and conduct meetings (management and technical meetings such as simulators’ acceptances) with critical stakeholders (client, end customer, suppliers, competent authorities, etc), being responsible for taking the minutes and monitoring actions.
- Create and give official presentations as per customer needs and project requirements.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally (Particularly for a limited period of time during key project events).

**Perfil**:
Qualifications and Education Requierements:

- BSc in technical field or equivalent (aerospace engineer preferred, others
- Industrial, telecommunications, computer engineers - will be taken into account based on experience)
- 10 years minimum in a similar position (Project management experience in aerospace international projects). **Required experience in flight simulators training systems**.
- Able to communicate in **English **(**and Fluency in French will be an asset)**, both verbally and written (minimum C1).
- Experience developing/managing schedules and reporting to high management
- Able to deal with complex issues and problem solving abilities

**Preferred Requirements**
- Knowledge of manufacturing/engineering in flight simulation and training devices industry
- PMI/PMP Certification.
- Experience in working on military projects.
