Within the marketing department, and attached to the Senior CRM Automation Manager and the Senior CRM Automation Manager of the Loyalty team, your main missions as a CRM Project Manager Assistant (M/F/d) will be to:
- Participate in the development of CRM 360° campaigns and in the various projects of the CRM team.
- Coordinate with the different departments involved in the projects, namely: the product team, the graphic studio, customer service.
- Monitoring of key performance indicators, analyzes and recommendations.
- Help in migrating push notifications to the Blueshift tool (from the old Batch tool).
We are a match if you have...
- Master’s degree in business school or marketing university.
- CRM or digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Autonomous, rigorous and organized, strong team spirit.
- Transversal profile: able to work on several projects and with multiple interlocutors or teams (product, IT, customer service, CRM)
- Open-minded spirit: interactions with people from different cultures.
- Fluent English and French (writing and speaking)
- Interest for e-commerce
