Cms Content Editor Analyst

**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CMS Content Editor Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.**:
**Main tasks**

Content Management
- Create, edit, and publish content using Drupal CMS across multiple corporate websites.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and legal/compliance requirements.
- Manage metadata, tags, and URL structures to optimize content discoverability.
- Monitor published content for accuracy, broken links, and expiration dates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from different geographical markets to understand content needs and priorities.

Global Communication & Collaboration
- Liaise with cross-functional teams across various time zones and cultures.
- Gather requirements from regional teams and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing teams and external design agencies to validate and implement content assets.

Documentation & Training
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Drupal tasks, workflows, and publishing best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient content management.

Web Development & Technical Support
- Understand fundamental web development concepts (HTML, CSS).
- Collaborate with IT and QA teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to content.
- Manage content lifecycle including updates, maintenance, and enhancements.

Project Management Tools
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
- Support MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes through integration with Veeva Vault or similar systems.

**Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS.
- Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools and reports.
- Experience working in regulated environments and with MLR review processes.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment
