**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**Key Responsibilities**:
Successfully plan, lead and support solutions implementation in the Digital Manufacturing domain, supporting the strategic initiatives that will drive the overall Manufacturing and Digital Supply Chain roadmap.

Lead and facilitate the end-to-end solution delivery for the Digital Manufacturing domain, interacting with stakeholders at different management levels in Supply Chain Operations and IS.

Lead the team of internal IS Manufacturing Product Owners and support them to deliver their objectives

Co-define business requirements, participate in solution design and drive changes in our global landscape of integrated solutions with focus on Digital Manufacturing

With the business teams, drive the change management to ensure new processes/tools/best practices are sustainably adopted by the business functions.

Provide functional systems knowledge to the Business around proven and innovative tools to support the strategy and roadmap in the Digital Manufacturing Domain.

Manage internal delivery teams and engage with external partners to ensure the delivery of new solutions and changes/support to existing solutions while minimizing business disruption.

Proactively act as a point of contact to gather new functional demands and to elaborate them within clear project plans.

**We Value**:
10-15 years project management experience, preferably in the Manufacturing area or within a similar role - either in IS or a business system expert role

7+ years leadership experience.

Strong expertise within the Manufacturing area as well as supporting tools with a good background in SAP and IS project management.

Ability to convey complex concepts in relatable terms and able to positively challenge business requirements across all levels of the organization.

Quality systems and process experience and skills in SAP PP/PI and IM/WM would be a bonus.

Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

English as working language, Spanish and French would be a nice to have.
