**Job Description Summary**:
The Lead Contract Margin Analyst will own and lead the Contract Margin Review (CMR) process for a subset of contracts in Europe, ensuring valuable feedback across business functions. Through prioritized CMR reviews, expert facilitation, feedback sessions, and metrics & reporting, the Lead Contract Margin Analyst will highlight risks within the Europe Wind Services Contractual portfolio and provide support to Commercial and Service Operations within the region.
**Roles and Responsibilities**

The Lead Contract Margin Analyst - Europe will ensure that the region’s CMR information is consolidated and communicated to both regional and global stakeholders in alignment with the ONW Services Risk and Margin Analytics CMR process. This individual will ensure that the needs of a cross-functional audience are being met, and that continuous improvement is being woven into all processes.

As the Lead Contract Margin Analyst - Europe, you will:

- Lead rigorous, consistent, accurate and high quality portfolio contract margin reviews on a quarterly basis for a subset of contracts in the region
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CMR process, soliciting input from broader ONW Services Risk and Margin Analytics Team and cross-functional CMR audience to refresh and enhance the value to the business
- Continue to expand risk assessment methods and processes within the region to cover new contractual products and respond to business needs e.g. PowerUp, specific site/platform/country reviews etc.
- Act as Wind Services contract risk expert for the assigned portfolio of service contracts in Europe, providing commercial/ITO deal support and actionable region services/OTR feedback
- Ensure compliance with CMR results documentation and retention policies
- Develop CMR quarterly summaries for reporting to leadership; conduct portfolio analysis, highlighting risk to business
- Support quarterly high-risk site reviews with regional and Global HQ audience
- Ensure findings and actions of CMR reviews are documented and acted-on in a timely manner
- Facilitate feedback to ITO (Inquiry to Order) contract language / modelling assumptions, engineering, finance, and operational, including the sharing of best practices
- Liaise with the contract management team on contract interpretation issues and supporting dispute resolution if appropriate
- Track new backlog additions and timing of contract start dates, to generate schedule for New Contract Review meetings
- Provide expert input to the digital automation project team, supporting efforts to digitize risk processes
- Drive risk evaluation and mitigation mindset in business
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years of finance, engineering or operations experience

**Desired Characteristics**
- Bilingual with English and German fluency
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
