Dutch Compliance Officer

AnyTech365 is recruiting for its offices in Torremolinos and Marbella a Dutch Compliance Officer. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE \-Enforce that all employees strictly follow compliance rules and guidelines. \-Evaluate calls from their respective geos. \-Provide live coaching to related staff. \-Identify the issues and report it to the Compliance Manager. \-Work with the compliance software to ensure improvement in each language. \-Arrange calibration sessions with entire teams to refresh compliance rules and teach new ones. \-Take care of tickets assigned by the Manager. \-Liaise with managers and stakeholders for compliance reasons. \-Work on any project assigned by your manager covering the scope of the role.
