**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle incoming calls, assist remotely and respond to electronic requests
- Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service in a timely manner
- Perform remote cleaning as indicated
- Resolve problems from the first call using the knowledge retained during the training and search through the available documentation
- Record problems in the database
- Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization
- Revision, analysis and scoring of interactions using latest AI technology
- Provision of compliance and quality coaching to Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical staff
- Identify recurring non-compliant patterns within established guidelines
- Host compliance calibration sessions with staff.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Swedish or Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and able to perform; as this is a sales role you must be able to sell and close
- Excellent communication and social skills, outgoing
- Ability to work as a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together
- Passionate about technologies.

**Salary**: 1,500.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month

**Experience**:

- IT support or IT sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Dutch C1 (preferred)
- English B2 (preferred)
