Arxada is looking for a Operational Buyer located in Barcelona and reporting to the Head Site Procurement (Visp). In this position you will be responsible for MRP and ordering Processes of technical goods, spare parts and site services, managing inventories by ordering at best order points. You will be the first point contact between internal service recipients and suppliers along the Purchase to Pay process, giving support to all the Procurement Payment process and negotiating the commissioned offers.

Key responsibilities:
- Operational procurement process: Contact person and person responsible for the entire ordering process (Purchase to Pay)- MRP Process, optimizing and care for Warehouse management and availability through SAP system optimizing and Disposition parameter adjustments.- Coordination of internal needs and procurement of technical materials and services within his area of responsibility- Responsible for the timely processing of payment transactions in the purchasing area- Processing List such as: GR/IR, cash Management, open PO, Ordering Acknowledgement etc.- Creation and monitoring of contracts in the ERP system in cooperation with the buyers- Support the Buyer on purchasing projects

Key requirements:
- More than 5 years of commercial or technical background in Business Management, Procurement or Sales.- Competency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point) and ERP such as SAP.- Solid communication skills to interact with internal/external business partners.- Team player and leader between stakeholders (workshops, production, engineering ) and suppliers.- Professional proficiency level of German and English will be required
