Pernod Ricard, multinacional del sector de espirituosos, busca incorporar una posición en el departamento de Coordinación&Soporte

En dependencia del Procurement Manager y enmarcado en el Departamento de Compras dará apoyo al equipo en todos los procedimientos de compras de la compañía.

**Principales funciones**
- Conocimiento de las herramientas digitales de la compañía
- Ejecutar los procedimientos de compras de la compañía (3 Way Matching):

- Generación y emisión de pedidos
- Soporte a cliente interno
- Soporte a proveedores
- Gestión de incidencias en las solicitudes, pedidos y facturas
- Reportes de seguimiento
- Dar soporte al resto de departamento
- Colaborar en la gestión del proceso de homologación de proveedores
- Soporte en la gestión de ciertos gastos indirectos y SSGG según necesidades:

- Solicitud de ofertas y análisis
- Gestión de la operativa de los servicios: solicitud, generación del pedido, entregas, etc
- Seguimiento presupuestario

**Requisitos mínimos**
- ADE, Grado Superior Gestión administrativa
- Imprescindible: Manejo de Excel Avanzado (conocimiento de fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, etc)
- Ingles alto a nível conversación y escrito
- Persona habituada a trabajar con deadlines marcados
- Requisitos deseados
- Profesional responsable y organizado
- Acostumbrado a Trabajo en Equipo
- Flexibilidad
- Destrezas para el rápido aprendizaje, la organización, coordinación de procesos y seguimientos
