**What will make you successful in this position?**
- Experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines for distributed apps.
- Ability to Integrate with REST APIs or other back-end frameworks.
- Worked with training and testing of Bots.
- Must 4 years experience in analyzing real agents Chat conversation with the agent to train the Chatbot.
- Must excellent expertise with designing Conversational Flows.
- Experience in defining bot personas and dialog design (NLU / Dialog training).
- Experience in Cognigy an advantage (Cognigy will provide training in case necessary skills-build up)
- Experience in NodeJS and AWS, Azure components for deployment.
- Experience working on Agile Methodologies.
- Must Knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning algorithms, models, and principles.

**What will be your mission?**
- Prepare conversational user flows, and process flows.
- Implement conversational flows in a Conv AI platform like AWS Connect/Lex, Cognigy, Google DialogFlow, or RASA.
- Work closely with the Chief Architect, Conversation AI team, product management, design and the rest of the front-end team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus, Spanish B2 onwards.
