**Descripción del Puesto**:
Para la posición se requerirá disposición de trabajo en equipo y coordinación cross-funcional, así como una fuerte orientación a resultados, capacidad de análisis, innovación y creatividad para desarrollar planes adaptados a la situación de la zona, y cada una de las cuentas hospitalarias.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Ser el enlace principal entre sus clientes y GSK
- Mantener un fichero de clientes óptimo y ejecutar el plan de visitas establecido.
- Trabajar proactivamente de manera cross-funcional para la identificación continua de barreras y oportunidades.
- Coordinación de los planes tácticos con el resto de equipos cross-funcionales y conseguir los objetivos de negocio en la región.
- Proponer soluciones a los clientes para satisfacer las necesidades de sus pacientes.
- Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, y completar las tareas administrativas requeridas (notas de gastos, etc.).

**Requisitos Básicos**:

- Habilidades comerciales, de negociación, networking y capacidad de innovación
- Capacidad de Organización y Planificación
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo demostrada
- Imprescindible carnet de conducir
- Disponibilidad para poder viajar para cubrir la Zona Andalucía Oriental

**Requisitos Valorables**:

- Estudios superiores, preferiblemente licenciatura universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Deseable experiência como Delegado/a de Ventas o KAM hospitalario.
- Altamente valorable experiência en hematología
