**Role**:Project Manager
**Status**:Regular, Full-Time
**Reporting to**:Senior Project Manager
**Location**:Remote roles across Spain/GMT time zones
**Responsibilities**:
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Senior Project Managers and senior management.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Determine the required resources (recommended engineers, time, money, etc) to successfully complete the project.
- Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of TQS Integration ensuring staffing costs are maintained within defined budgets where applicable.
- Manage the project according to the project plan and the scope of work.
- Manage the progress of the project to ensure the successful completion of the project within the agreed scope, schedule and budget.
- Identify variances to project scope and immediately discuss same with the Client and obtain a change order to preserve TQS margin and profitability. This is especially important when managing seconded employees to insure they are performing to scope and all hours spent will be billable.
- Provide reports on the project for management and for client on a weekly basis reporting against budgeted cost to estimate to complete.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the project continually.
- University Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful project management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI, or PMP certification is desirable.
- MS Office proficient.
- Experience in an automation/pharmaceutical background is desirable.
