**Subject Matter Expert (SME), Junior Consultant**
- ** Project title**: Corporate IT Support Consultant
- **Contracting authority**: European Stability Mechanism (ESM)
- **Initial contract duration**: from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2026, with the possibility of three annual renewals (until November 2029).
- **Service location**: Luxembourg. Hybrid (80% on-site, 20% remote).
- On-site: 4 days per week
- Remote: 1 day (usually Thursday)

**OBJECTIVE**
The objective of this Mini Competition is to provide a Corporate IT Support Consultant to assist with operational and administrative tasks across our various IT domains.

The role involves supporting day-to-day activities in a modern, Azure based outsourced IT environment, including coordination with external service providers and cloud platforms. The Consultant will contribute to rollout efforts, assist with change management processes, and respond to management requests for conference support, with a focus on improving the perceived end-user experience.

**SERVICES DESCRIPTION**
In support of the IT and Facilities Management Team, the Service Provider will supply a Consultant to provide the following services to the ESM (the “Services”):

- Support the Corporate IT team across multiple topics and learning areas.
- Assist with Azure budget tracking and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor ticket quality and SLAs for both Cloud and Onsite providers.
- Provide end-user support: floorwalking, VIP assistance, and general IT help in designated areas.
- Offer ad-hoc video conference support for meetings and events.
- Support Facilities Management (FM) in IT-related tasks, including business analysis, requirement gathering and formulation, testing and go-live support, and post-implementation aftercare.

**DELIVERABLES**
The Consultant will support the ESM Corporate IT team in providing the following deliverables to the ESM (the “Deliverables”):

- Monitoring reports on ticket resolution, SLA compliance, and provider performance.
- Accurate Azure budget reports and recommendations for cost optimization.
- Documented end-user support activities, including VIP interactions and floorwalking incidents.
- Completed testing, go-live, and post-implementation support reports.
- Successful video conference setup and troubleshooting as required.
- Clear business analysis and requirement documentation for IT projects.

**DESIRED CONSULTANT**
The nature and scope of the services suggest that the assignment would be best carried out by one IT Corporate Generalist.

The Consultants must have the following profile:
**Technical skills**:

- Minimum 1 year (and maximum 3 years) of relevant experience in a Corporate IT area with Microsoft Cloud.
- Experience in dealing with day-to-day activities for VIP customers.
- Experience with Video Conferencing equipment, ideally Video Wall, large conference setup for 20 VIPs.
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Knowledge of Azure is considered a big plus.
- A university degree in the computer science field, or equivalent.

**Soft skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Minimum level required C1/C2).
