About the role: As a Field Clinical Specialist in our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, you will play a critical role in supporting Boston Scientific’s mission to advance science for life. You will provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians, CRM Lab staff, and the broader commercial team. This includes hands-on case coverage, education, and customer engagement to ensure safe, effective, and confident use of CRM devices. Your contributions will directly support clinical success and business growth across your region. Your responsibilities will include: ● Serving as the primary clinical resource for case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software updates. ● Educating internal and external stakeholders on the clinical use of CRM devices through presentations, demonstrations, and other formats. ● Attending CRM procedures in hospital labs to support device use and clinical outcomes. ● Delivering initial and ongoing training to sales representatives and development teams on CRM systems and procedures. ● Engaging directly with physicians and clinical staff to assess needs, demonstrate product value, and support care goals. ● Building and maintaining relationships with hospital personnel and decision-makers to expand CRM adoption and strengthen customer loyalty. ● Responding to customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, tech support) to deliver effective solutions. Required qualifications: ● Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar clinical or technical support role, preferably within cardiology. ● Newly graduated biomedical engineers or life sciences professionals are also encouraged to apply. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical and clinical information. ● Fluent in English (minimum B2 level). ● Based in, or willing to relocate to, Northern Spain. ● Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory. Preferred qualifications: ● Previous experience in international markets. ● Knowledge of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) market. ● Proficiency in additional languages. ● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in dynamic environments. ● Self-motivated with the ability to influence others and manage competing priorities.
