Supporting the PR and Communications team to build favourability and coverage of the company in media through daily press office activities in different sectors: design, technology, beauty, health, etc
- Helping the PR and Communications team to maintain important PR processes including media coverage tracking, media and KOL relationship management, product seeding, asset management, coverage books and PR reports.
- Regularly reviewing media to find and suggest opportunities to profile the company technologies in key media.
- Tracking media coverage and reporting on progress of the PR plans, ensuring reports are up to date
- Maintenance of PR/Comms activity tracker to ensure team has consistent view of current activity globally.
- Supporting in drafting media materials and briefing documents, including researching media, writing media biographies ahead of interviews, early draft press releases etc.
- Supporting and managing events, round tables or secret briefings, including coordinating guest list and ensuring all key messages are correctly communicated.
- Helping put together strategy/project/reporting presentations.
- Support and manage Influence Marketing activations and campaigns.

Minimium 5-6 years of PR experience in PR agencies or PR international company |High level of English (C1/C2), Spanish mandatory and Portuguese is a plus
- Minimium 5-6 years of PR experience, preferable in PR agencies or PR teams within international companies
- Good written and spoken communication skills, quick-witted storytellers.
- Positive attitude and good level of energy, empathy.
- Good written and spoken English level.
- Expertise in reports and presentations.
- Interest in the traditional and social media landscape, with an understanding of what makes a good story.
- Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in Iberian companies and knowledge of the Portuguese media landscape and language will be highly appreciated.
