**What are we looking for?**
- SCADA systems.
- Industrial communication protocols (IEC104, Modbus...)
- OS Microsoft and Linux management.
- Databases Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.
- Data Analytics (Excel and PowerBI).
- Network devices such as CISCO and Fortinet (or equivalent).

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring server status to identify opportunities to improve performance and execute preventive maintenance tasks to assure maximum performance and minimize incidents.
- Ensuring backups are reliable and periodically up to date as described in the SLA.
- Troubleshoot systems to determine technical issues and fix them within the guidelines of the SLA.
- Building and nurturing a strong relationship with our clients to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Traveling and performing installation, configuration and/or analysis tasks onsite
- Providing assistance in the use of our systems to users.

**Experience/Skills Required**
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written). Level C1.
- Driver’s license B and the ability to travel and perform duties on-site.
- Availability to work in rotating overnight shifts.
- Availability to travel to wind farms and solar plants; both national and international.

**Experience/Skills Desired**
- Experience in SCADA systems
- Experience in energy sector
