**IT Business Analyst - Master Data (MDM)**

**What you will do**

The IT Business Analyst role will be responsible for leveraging business process understanding to capture and assess user requirements to deliver holistic solutions that meet team/company goals. You will be part of a core Project team responsible for designing, building, Deploying, and maintaining our Oracle Fusion Cloud platform and Master Data modules/processes and provide Project support for both internal and external teams.

**How you will do it**:

- Partner with business counterparts to establish future state processes
- Provide Oracle Cloud Master Data expertise to support requirements gathering and solution design
- Design and deliver Oracle ERP Cloud Master Data leading practices throughout all phases of an ERP Transformation program.
- Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations with business partners
- Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across our entire Oracle ERP cloud system, incorporating multiple locations with a specific focus on our Installation, Service, and Backoffice businesses
- Deliver Oracle Cloud Master Data and platform updates as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing, and release of enhancements and projects.
- Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Stakeholders and Business Analyst.
- Supports the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development and delivery.
- Responsible for validating Data test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression, and test execution.

**What we look for**:

- Around 2 years of overall experience with Oracle and Master-Data-Management processes
- Understand Oracle Cloud Master Data capabilities and limitations; clearly articulate those to stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams.
- Experience in design and delivery of Oracle Master Data e.g. Customer Data Hub (CDH), Universal Customer Master (UCM), Supplier Hub (OSH), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) Product Hub (PDH/PIM), Site Hub and Oracle Data Quality Solutions.
