The AWS EMEA Energy & Water org is looking for a results-orientated individual to join their Energy Efficiency & Optimization team.

As an Energy Business Analyst, you will use a strong analytical skillset to analyze energy and water data, discover and solve energy efficiency & optimization business problems, and build processes, mechanisms, and tools to deliver results and improve the customer's experience.
You will enable effective decision making by collaborating with internal orgs, retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.

**This position can be based in Dublin, London, Frankfurt or Madrid.

Key job responsibilities
- Deliver technical analyses and business cases for energy/water efficiency and optimization solutions, that enable compliance, business growth and align with Amazon's global sustainability goals
- Develop and collaborate with business analytics and Intelligence teams to deliver relevant and scalable tools, analytics and process improvements for the Energy & Water team
- Author and present crisp data-driven business cases that deliver impactful insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to facilitate high velocity decision making
- Deliver data management best practices for standardization and auditing of our power and energy datasets

Madrid, M, ESP
- Masters Degree in: management, energy, business/data analytics, statistics
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, programming language
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization: Tableau, Power BI
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently with little supervision
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Ability to dive deep and maintain incredible attention to detail
