For our international office in Marbella (Málaga), Spain we are currently looking to expand our team with experienced skilled data analysts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing and communicating analysis, relevant trends, and campaign performances (including SLA’s & KPI’s)
Preparing and overseeing metrics for fraud, system, and business performance
Forecasting and scenario planning to create data driven performance from historic and current data.
Working with raw data from the main platform (gateway providers, merchant’s CRM, banks)
Maintain on-going personal development and promote the knowledge-sharing culture by researching new technologies and prevention solutions.
Assessing opportunities, understanding behaviour, testing hypotheses with data analysis
Implementation of Data warehouse
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain statistical concepts to management and business partners.
Strong experience working with various models (end-user segmentation, lifetime value, chargeback analysis and A/B testing)
Previous experience with report analysis working in the payments industry, either at a PSP, acquirer, or large merchant will be considered an advantage.
Good at automating manual processes.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Fluency in English language.
