Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for paid partnership clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each partnership, focusing on achieving client goals and KPIs.- Operational Oversight: Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing clients with regular reports and recommendations for optimization.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, content) to align partnership initiatives with broader company objectives.- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on best practices in partnership marketing and campaign management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B environments.- Proven experience in managing paid partnerships or similar marketing initiatives.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, salesforce)- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
