Internship Event Project Manager

This position will support Fever Originals' team. Your role will be to help the project manager with her daily tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early, high-growth stage and have ownership in creating new experiences. This role **requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget**. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** - Participate in all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up - Create productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule - Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables - Manage multiple productions and help scale Candlelight projects against team targets - Deep dive in budgets of different scales - Venue research and booking - Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts **REQUIREMENTS** - Advance/Native-level Bulgarian and fluent English skills - Preferably having already an experience in the event production industry - Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way - Understanding of technical production requirements - Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly - You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions - Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships - Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts - Collaborative and willing to "get hands dirty" - Starting date: September/October 2024 You're about to graduate and have strong analytical and communication skills.
