Realización de propuestas de proyectos de eventos.
- Organizar y ensamblar el proyecto, organizando el material aportado por otros departamentos: concepto, propuesta de localizaciones, visuales, timing, escaleta de evento y materiales del evento/acción, cumplimiento de timings a nível producción, presupuestos.
- Coordinación de los eventos
- Gestión y control de los presupuestos asignados.
- Gestión general de proveedores: BBDD de proveedores y actualización.
- Interlocución directa con el cliente

Experiência en el sector de los eventos mínima 3 años|Nível de inglés alto (C1)
- Profesional del área de Protocolo y Organización de Eventos, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência en el sector de los eventos y conocimiento del campo.
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés (eventos internacionales)
- Estilo orientado al servicio con habilidades de presentaciones profesionales.
- Proactividad y gran capacidad organizativa.
- Capacidad para realizar distintas tareas y trabajar bajo presión.
- Control en la realización de briefs, presupuestos y gestión de proveedores.
- Capacidad de negociación.
