We are Costa Blanca Yacht Services, a well-established company of service and repair and servicing of yachts and boats in the port of Torrevieja. We aim to be a one stop shop where a boatowner can rely on us to take care of his boat whatever the problem. With a long history of helping boaters and boat owners in the area and beyond, we are now looking to expand our team to be able to meet the growing demand for the companies' services.
We are seeking a professional person with a wide experience of the leisure boating world to take charge of our service team. The position, being a small company, is very much a hands on one and practical skills as well as management ability is important in this role. Whilst full training will be given in this post it is important that the manager is enthusiastic to learn fast and make decisions on the spot in the best interests of the boat owner and the company. This position carries a high level of responsibility, and the successful applicant will be;
Confident and professional dealing with clients
Commercial in dealing with suppliers
Understanding of employment conditions in Spain
Willing to learn fast
Computer literate
Understanding of company finances.
Have good project management skills
Have a good level in English and Spanish language.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Spain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
