Role The hrX Assist Associate will implement, configure and support the tasks related to the onboarding of a customer in the hrX Assist ticketing tool. This individual will assist also in the testing, correction and resolution of the issues reported. Function: - Implementation of new Customers in our hrX Assist ticketing tool > Configuration of a customer following the standard questionnaire > Unit testing of the solution/changes and ensures the testing is documented > Makes analysis of ticket request / problem description and proposes solution > Solves tickets in defined timeframe / priority. Optional but desired skills: - HTTP/CSS/SQL/Network essentials. - Knowledge on IT software maintenance and configuration. Mandatory skills: - Organizational / Good planning skills. - Team-work / good team player. - Initiative: Tackles problems, generates new ideas, self-development and eager to learn new things. - Interpersonal Skills: good listening skills, builds strong relationships, flexible/open-minded, positive and handles constructive criticism. - Problem Solving/Analytical Skills: Breaks down problems into smaller components, understands how to underlie issues; can simplify and process complex issues, and understands the difference between critical details and unimportant facts. - Responsible **Requirements**: Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Alight believes diversity should be visible, valued, and sustained throughout the organization.
