Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a sales driven inside sales representative with great time management and team player skills. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

As part of the Zoco Home team, you will need to provide an inspirational customer experience in both English and Spanish.

**THE ROLE**:

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Assisting designers with sales projects

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in similar role
- Proven track record in sales & sales management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, other languages advantage
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or its equivalent preferred
- Driving license
- Must be located in Malaga region
