**Location**: Gain Therapeutics, Parc Cientific de Barcelona, Barcelona (Spain)

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Structure based In silico methods to predict binding affinity
- Structure based Hit-to-lead in silico optimization of the drugs

**Requirements**:

- PhD in a topic related to in silico drug discovery.
- Knowledge in structure based molecular modelling and in silico drug discovery, experience in computational simulation of small-molecules and biological macromolecules using a variety of theoretical approaches such as virtual screening, Molecular Dynamics simulations.
- English proficiency.
