**About the role**:
As a People Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless HR operations, managing payroll, employee data, and benefits, all while ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience.

**What will be your impact**:

- Accurately process payroll, including bonuses, overtime, salary adjustments, and resolve payroll queries.
- Maintain HRIS with updated employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage leaves, benefits, contracts, and health and safety programs while optimizing HR processes.
- Support HR policies, address employee inquiries, and assist with departmental projects. Maintain salary benchmarks, reporting, and contribute to improving HR operations.

**You would be great fit if you have**:

- Experience in HR operations and payroll, ideally for 100+ employees.
- Skilled in payroll cycle management, bonuses, leave tracking, and reporting.
- Proficient with HRIS, payroll tools (e.g., Personio, PayFit), and Google Sheets.
- Expertise in improving HR processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in Spain and France; familiarity with other European and US laws is an advantage. Discreet in handling confidential information.
