Banco Santander is looking for an IT Recruiter for the Talent Acquisition Team, based in our HeadQuarters in Boadilla (Madrid)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As an IT Recruiter in Talent Acquisition you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team. You will collaborate closely and following the methodology and guidance of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in your daily activities.

You will be involved in the acquisition and on boarding the best IT professionals that will make happen the digital and technological transformation of our Business.

We need someone like you to help us in the following tasks:

- To be an advisor for the business in terms of talent attraction & recruiting and manage stakeholder relationships with Hiring Managers

**EXPERIENCE**
- 4 years of experience in a Technology Talent Acquisition role managing the full cycle of recruitment in a RPO, Consultant or a tech company
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to create the best strategy to hire IT professionals
- Familiarity with Job boards and LinkedIn recruiter tools
- Working experience with Workday would be considered as a plus

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor´s or master degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE) or related

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Advanced English level
- Good communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- Results and outcome-oriented
- Problem solving and ability to find opportunities for improvement
