**About the role**:
We’re looking for a high-performing **Finance Business Partner** to join Pleo - the European leader in Spend management. This role is a unique opportunity to partner directly with our **GTM team**(Go to Market), helping shape investment decisions with clear financial insight and drive financial outcomes through target setting and support in daily operations. If you enjoy working at the intersection of finance, Marketing, and Sales - and want to help drive the future direction of Pleo - we’d love to hear from you.
**What you’ll do**:
- Act as a leading finance business partner for the GTM function
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, target setting and business case development for Go to Market initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Sales leaders to evaluate distribution plays, unit economics and performance metrics
- Translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear financial narratives**What you bring**:
- 5+ years’ of work experience across finance business partnering, strategy and / or consulting
- Proven experience supporting a **GTM / Commercial** function in a tech/SaaS environment
- Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
**Who you’ll be working with and reporting to**:
You’ll report to our FP&A Director and work closely with teams in Go-to-Market. Our team of 8 is highly collaborative and dedicated to providing great finance partnership across the organisation.
**How you’ll develop in this role**:
In your first 6 months at Pleo, you’ll:
- Work closely with GTM leaders to identify and report on key drivers of performance across a range of distribution channels
- Lead the development of a holistic business plan to ensure GTM strategies can be executed and scaled effectively
- Grow your skills in Software and Fintech product distribution, taking on new challenges as the company continues to scale.
- Act as a ‘mini-CFO’ for the GTM team, ensuring they reach their operational targets while staying within budgets, and helping to communicate with senior leaders regarding team performance.
