**_Are you motivated to provide the best customer experience and find solutions? Do you also have at least 5 years’ experience with GDS-systems such as Amadeus and want to work evening shifts? Then we have the perfect role for you in Malaga or Alicante_**

We are looking for experienced travel advisors that can work evening shifts, who will represent a multinational company in the travel industry.
As part of our team, you will receive ongoing training and feedback to be able to strengthen your career in the travel industry. We will offer a stable project and an attractive salary package.

As a person, we are happy to see that you have a positive attitude that helps you handle tricky customer challenges. You have experience from the travel industry, and you can easily turn a problem into a flexible solution. We request that you have at least 5 years of experience working with a Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Amadeus. It is an advantage if you have experience of e-ticketing.

- Educated to high school equivalent or above?
- Have five years of experience in market standard GDS systems, such as Amadeus or Sabre,...
- Experienced in customer services and/or sales (minimum 2 years required)
- Used to a call center environment?
- Native level English speaker (or have a certificate of level C2 if non-native)
- Ability to communicate well in other languages (written and verbal) is a plus
- Want to work a rotative evening (15:00 - 24:00) schedule, Mon. to Sun.
