- ** Scope Communication**: Collaborate with technical leaders to understand and define project scopes. Actively communicate these scopes to the technical team to ensure alignment.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Conduct both automated and manual tests to ensure the software is free of bugs. Track and report any discrepancies found during testing.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation related to project requirements and testing protocols.
- ** Leadership and Guidance**: Serve as a key point of contact between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that projects meet business objectives and are understood by the technical team
**Must-Have Skills**:
- ** Personal Attributes**: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of tasks. Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- ** Professional Experience**: Proven track record as a QA engineer with the ability to manage comprehensive testing processes
- ** Education**: Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
