Project Manager in Digitalization R&d Projects

We are looking for a
**project manager with a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent **to manage singular digital projects, leading multi-disciplinary international project teams aimed at the development of breakthrough digital solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.

Main activities will be:

- Project management (from idea generation to final deployment)
- Interface between Digitalization team and researchers from other technical domains
- Change management
- Functional knowledge on Digitalization / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence / Ironmaking and steelmaking

**Expected profile**
- PhD or Master degree in Digitalization / Artificial Intelligence / Design and development of data-driven solutions
- Master in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.

Demonstrable knowledge and qualifications in Project Management.
At least 2+ years in similar role
Initiative, Good communication, Results Oriented, Team mindset, Analytical competencies
Agile methodologies, risk management.

Being Fluent in English and speaking Spanish (or interested in learning Spanish) is a plus.
