**Job Summary**: As an HRBP and HR Operations you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will be responsible for partnering with business units to deliver value-added HR services, managing HR operations, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive strategic and operational support across various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and development.
- Assist in preparing and administering employment documents, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with HR experts and stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and proper communication with relevant departments.
- Coordinate the issuance of training certificates for international training programs, aligning with operational and HR requirements.
- Manage employee benefit programs provided by external suppliers.
- Provide widespread support to the HR department, including accounting of HR expenses and maintenance of the HR database.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of generalist HR and/or HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience in HR administration, including knowledge of HRIS platforms and labor laws.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
