Lea la descripción completa del puesto a continuación.We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HRBP/HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Spain. This role will serve as a critical link between our Spanish team, the European HQ in Munich, and our global HQ in China. This position will handle local HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, while providing essential administrative and generalist support to our Pan-European HR team. This position requires a mix of local expertise and cross-cultural competency to bridge our international operations.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across Europe- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects our company values.HR Administration & Operations- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Spanish labor laws.- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.- Administer benefits, leave policies, and HR-related queries.General HR Support- Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.- Assist in implementing global HR programs and policies at the local level.- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements across the region.Cross-Cultural Liaison- Facilitate smooth communication and understanding between European operations and Global HQ (China).- Support the integration of Chinese corporate culture within European context.Qualifications:- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist or a similar role.- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and English (both spoken and written).- Experience in the energy, technology, or renewable energies sector preferred.- Solid understanding of Spanish labor law, employment regulations, and social security systems.- Proven experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.- Strong administrative and organizational skills.- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities. xsgfvud - Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed international team.
