Business Process Architect Procurement

**Your role**: Your main task will be to participate in the design, build, deployment and post
- go-live support of SAP ERP-related projects worldwide in the area of IT for Procurement. As a member of a business-facing Information Technology global team, you will advise project managers and stream leads, train key users, support partners and keep governance on ERP and the associated IT landscape in different business sectors and regions. You will act as a trusted advisor in projects, being the main counterpart for consultants and technical experts, and coordinating key user activities like requirements capturing, testing, training and master data preparation. For live subsidiaries, you will manage process governance for several ERP systems, evaluating change requests and facilitating process owner decisions, as well as proposing process improvement initiatives, including key user management. You will also perform as project coordinator for Procurement-specific projects, leading business and technical teams to deliver new, innovative solutions for the area.

**Who you are**:

- You have +6 years of experience with SAP ERP
- You have a successful track as an SAP consultant that gained in-depth purchasing knowledge through hands-on project deployment,
- You possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of the SAP Purchasing processes, as well as the applicable regulations
- You have a deep understanding of the respective modules in SAP, particularly MM-PUR and MM-IM, in several SAP versions, incl. S4/HANA
- You dominate sophisticated supply chain/logistics processes and their integration with Manufacturing (e.g., subcontracting, CMO, TM/EWM, intercompany STO)
- You have a solid knowledge of master data management for Procurement (including the interrelation with MDG-S)
- You demonstrate a robust understanding of the integration of procurement processes in the overall process landscape, both from a technical point of view, as well as from a business perspective
- You are willing to travel 25% of your time depending on the project phase (and COVID regulations/policies) / global
- You are proficient in English, have very good interpersonal skills and have proven abilities to teach others
- Ideally, you have previous hands-on experience with different project methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools (e.g., HPALM, JIRA)
- Ideally, you have additional knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO) and/or other languages, especially German
